Founded in 2012, Southern Petroleum Resources (SPR), LLC is a privately held certified small business, located in Atlanta, GA. The founder and CEO David Simpkins has been in the fueling industry for over 8 years and is known in the industry for his integrity and dedication to his customers.  Every day we supply fueling solutions to customers and industry markets that rely on our services.  We offer all major grades of unleaded gasoline, ultra-low sulfur, dyed diesel fuels, jet fuels, biodiesel fuels and additives.
